BIM (Building Information Modelling)

We provide 3D BIM Modelling to create a clash free job-site, clashes found within the plans are coordinated amongst trades to ensure they are corrected before they are found on the job-site. This eliminates waste, downtime and creates a more efficient job-site without delays.

Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination

Multidisciplinary BIM Coordination is the process synchronization of all building services (HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Plumbing) with other disciplines making up the building structure, fabric and envelope (Structural Steel, Concrete, Drywall, etc.) and utilizing the latest technology to create a 3D environment to coordinate these trades.

Clash Detection and Mitigation

We provide clash detection for every project we complete within MEP. We mitigate problems in the field and redesign MEP systems to eliminate the issues and create an ongoing Clash Report for any other Structural, Architectural or fire protection issues.

Shop Drawings

We create and develop MEP Shop Drawings using AutoCAD MEP Fabrication, PractiCAD, and Revit to ensure accurate and precise shop drawings to work from.

Fabrication Drawings

Fabrication drawings are very specific and highly detailed to ensure tolerances are met and fabrication has a clear design to follow.

As-Builts

Accurate Plan Based As-Built Plans can be delivered for each MEP project to ensure accuracy for future remodels, additions or repairs.

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Mechanical

Mechanical modeling includes mechanical piping, equipment, HVAC duct systems, air terminals, and routing of all ducting for the highest efficiency and conflict avoidance with other systems.

Electrical

Electrical includes the conduit itself as well as all lighting fixtures, cable tray routing, and modeling in conjunction with all other trades.

Plumbing

Modeling of all plumbing piping, connectors, and equipment such as tanks, water heaters, pumps, etc. to ensure proper location and routing of plumbing systems are to code and functionality requirements.
